Confidence
These are more than my clients. They are friends. These are people passionate about making our world a better place... one person at a time. It is my privilege to serve them and make their work known.

To Whom It May Concern,
It was truly a pleasure working side by side with Rhonda Cagle during the planning and implementation of our event with Imagine Schools. Her positive attitude and her passion for the Imagine Schools really made this an easy process.
Right from the start, Rhonda impressed me with her efficient, professional manner, an approach that not only inspired confidence, but generated great results. Because of Rhonda, we were able to implement an event that effectively promoted the Imagine District and also gave the students an amazing opportunity to experience championship caliber basketball, in the Phoenix Mercury.
Because of Rhonda’s expertise, the Phoenix Mercury effectively exposed dozens of Imagine School students and faculty to the WNBA, and hopefully turned them into lifelong fans. Anyone who has the opportunity to work with Rhonda can expect to receive top quality service. Outside of her organization, professionalism, and creativity, it is her passion for her clients that truly inspires me. I look forward to having the opportunity to work with Rhonda Cagle again in the future, and would recommend her to any organization that is looking to implement a successful marketing or fundraising program.
Sincerely,
Amy Stuhr

To Whom It May Concern:
Every once in a while, you discover someone who helps you see your organization through new eyes. A well-placed question or observation sparks a discussion that leads to new ideas and new opportunities to serve our students and families. At Imagine Schools, Rhonda Cagle has been instrumental in this process.
Rhonda not only facilitates the conversation but she follows through with action that makes ideas become reality. An example is her role in helping us conceptualize the program and environment of a 21st century college prep high school. She then took these ideas and made them come alive through the development of a website; advertising and collateral materials press releases; and talking points and speeches for key personnel as they addressed community groups, city officials, and families.
Although her skills in marketing and public relations have helped us build and fill schools, it is her ability to communicate our values and mission that makes her a trusted member of the Imagine team. Rhonda has coached our school leaders and front office staff in effective customer service; she crafts internal and external communications when we have to address difficult situations in our schools; she even serves as our media spokesperson, handling print and broadcast media on the local and national level when we encounter a school crisis.
If you are fortunate enough to work with Rhonda, you will discover a professional who raises the level of excellence in your organization. More importantly, you will find a woman who brings both intelligence and integrity to every project and organization she serves.

Dear Sir/Madam:
Please allow me to acquaint you with Rhonda Cagle. I have known her for several years, and in my role as editor of the AARP Foundation's national grandparenting newsletter, GrandCare News, I have had the privilege of working with her as a freelance writer for the newsletter.
Not only does Rhonda work effectively to meet both deadlines and editorial objectives, she is skilled at researching and creating original content as well as editing submissions from outside agencies and sources. She offers the ability to plan ahead as well as the flexibility to quickly adapt to change by researching and writing about late-breaking developments while integrating them into existing editorial outlines.
I rely on Rhonda for well-written articles as well as brainstorming editorial calendars. I also count on her to contribute key questions for our reader surveys that offer valuable insight into our subscriber base and readership. Based on the depth of her experience, I have used Rhonda as a sounding board regarding the future of our publication and its transition to include expanded web-based content as well as traditional printed information.
Anyone privileged to work with Rhonda will be well-served in their publication, marketing, and communication needs. Her experience is comprehensive and invaluable. However, it is her high level of professionalism and ability to work well within a team that makes her an asset to me and to the AARP Foundation.
Cordially,
Amy Goyer

To Whom It May Concern:
As the president and co-owner of an agency that works primarily with Christian and community service non-profit clients, I am careful about choosing the right members for my team. Rhonda Cagle is a valuable part of this team… but not for the reasons you might expect.
Working with her for almost a decade, she consistently demonstrates the ability to write and communicate as the “voice” of my clients; Phoenix Rescue Mission, Arizona Baptist Children’s Services, and the Crisis Pregnancy Centers to name just a few. She has the unique ability to listen, ask questions, and gain insight for the purpose of effectively communicating with their donors, board members, and community stakeholders.
Rhonda also has the gift of thinking creatively, coming up with innovative solutions to improve the quality and scope of donor communications. She uses these skills to help take my clients to the “next level” in their communication efforts; planning and coaching them on fundraising events, e-communications, crafting blogs and video scripts, and speechwriting for key community functions.
My clients consistently see good return on investment through Rhonda’s efforts. The excellence and professionalism of their communication always improves whenever she’s involved in a project. But as important as all of this is, it’s not the primary reason I choose to include her on my team. Rhonda’s true worth is seen in the values and commitment she brings to serving my clients with integrity and excellence.
You will be well served by making Rhonda a part of your team!
Best regards,
Frank Hardman
